We hold the right to restrict usage of the Platform in the event of you breaching the binding Terms and Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Please understand that if you do not wish to accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be granted access.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Consumer guarantees under the ACL automatically apply and cannot be excluded, even if this document states otherwise.

In a manner that is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate the Platform or social media accounts. You may only reuse content by contacting Meal Plan Mate support, and with written permission being granted.
We may remove content at our discretion if we believe it infringes the User Responsibilities.

We offer paid subscription services. Service details, pricing, and billing cycles are shown where you sign up.
Payments are processed through approved payment processors. All prices include applicable taxes (e.g., GST).
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next billing date.
We may change prices. We will notify you of price increases, and continued use after notice means you accept the new price.
Please note: all billing information is found in the profile page on the website once signed-in. Payments can be canceled within the app or by contacting us via email with at least 2-3 business days before the billing period renews / expires.
You may cancel a subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period as shown on the profile page.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Under ACL, you may be entitled to a refund or remedy if services fail to meet guarantees (e.g., due care and skill).
